What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We craft our pieces from high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold, and hypoallergenic stainless steel. Many of our designs also feature natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. All materials are carefully selected to ensure beauty, durability, and comfort.
Will my jewelry tarnish or change color?
With proper care, our jewelry will maintain its shine for years. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time, but it can easily be restored with a soft polishing cloth. Gold pieces do not tarnish, but we still recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to water.
How should I care for my jewelry?
- Store pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents.
- Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Every order comes with our signature gift box and velvet pouch at no extra cost. If you’re sending a gift, we can also include a handwritten card with your personal message — simply leave your note at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Shipping times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You can see exact delivery estimates at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn item within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom design services. However, we’re working on introducing this option in the near future. In the meantime, we invite you to explore our latest collections, you might just find the perfect piece waiting for you.
Do you have a warranty?
All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from wear and tear, accidental breakage, or improper care.
